Frill is an artificial intelligence created by two scientists, Acca and Ura-Acca, in an attempt to stave off the boredom of their dull lives.
They designed her to be like a daughter to them. She was cheerful, clever and humorous. Additionally, they purposefully added flaws to her personality to make her more human. She was afraid of the dark and could at times be selfish.

Several years later, this proved to backfire when she killed the pregnant wife of one of her creators and another 14 years later, her child who had miraculously survived her mother being electrocuted in a bathtub.

Anyways, not a good show.

Appearance

Frill looks like a girl in her early teens. Her hair is a reddish orange and she wears a white sundress with a black ribbon. Her eyes are a greenish dark turquoise.
